Screen blanking software

Developed to adhere with the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 (Reg109). The software blanks the screen of the in-vehicle computer when it is detected that the vehicle is in motion. Software allows definable ‘white list’ applications to be used whilst the vehicle is in motion – all other applications are hidden.

PDA fault monitoring

Windows mobile based PDA application used to record and monitor faults in real time from the factory floor. Operates alongside the Plant Maintenance application.

Stores stock control

Desktop application to facilitate management of stock in the stores area. Items removed or booked into stock are logged against an individual by reading that persons ID tag.

Reversing video camera software

A windows service application that detects the presence of a video camera (activated when reverse gear is selected) and switches the display of the in-vehicle computer to full screen video to aid safe reversing.

Payroll

An intranet web solution aimed at automating payroll information gathering from multiple sites. The user side of the application simulates a spread sheet which allows managers to enter all employee data accumulated over a working week. This spread sheet is then processed once a week by payroll employees

Premises auditing software

A combined intranet and desktop solution to allow auditors to visit individual premises with a laptop and fill in audit reports. Visits are managed using an intranet based application and completed reports are uploaded to an Oracle database server for reporting purposes.
